Africa Travel Journal 1, 2009 Drawing from the treehide at Liwonde Nation Park during our 12-hour safari-tour. Provided by Pieter- the Landrover-obsessed managerof the campsite- alongside a days supply of beer, smoke and happy memories. This day we saw hippos on land, bull-elephants fighting, baboon gang warfare, six-foot crocs, a forest fire and a group of nuns in a Range Rover charging a herd of panicing ellies. Wow.
